Dear Mark, Ben and Staff, I would like to express my gratitude for you assisting me today with the charity pick up, and also your assistance the week before last, with the removal you carried out at very short notice for one of my clients.

The pick up today, which was delivered to an non for profit organisation who assists women and their families who have been affected by Domestic Violence, was a godsend.

The majority of the women who ultimately receive the furniture, which has been donated by my wonderful vendors through my real estate practice, have removed themselves from situations with nothing but the clothes they have on their back.  It is extremely difficult for some of these women to re-establish themselves, and your act of kindness today in picking up and delivering the furniture will provide so much more than just something to sleep on for these women, it shows that someone cares.

Just wanted to say thankyou for a smooth move up to Brisbane. At first I was hesitant, given the quote price in comparison with other quotes I received. However after watching the process and how the truck was packed to the brim it was clear that the quotes I received from the other companies would have been well under what was actually required and no doubt would have cost an arm and a leg once the move actually occurred!

I had 3 separate team members from your business come out and check all of our inventory, some may say this is excessive however I attribute it to the effecient uplift your team prepared adequately for.  A special mention to Ben for his superb customer service and willingness to adhere to my every request for assistance. You can’t teach someone that type of service, it shows what type of person he is and such an asset to your team.

Good Morning Ben and Mark

I contacted your office not long after my removal (from Speers point to Speers Point on 21 January2016) to let you know how happy I was with your service. I’ve moved lots of times and usually been pretty happy with the removalist but I have to say that the removal experience with Timerite was the best ever.

Not only were you both very easy to work with – friendly, professional and followed up with all of my requests in a timely fashion, but the removal team on the day were fantastic.

Each member of the team was friendly and introduced themselves personally to me and members of my family that were there with me to help. The whole process was finalised in under 4 hours and that included loading the truck from two separate addresses. They also had to manage working in two story properties, at both ends, involving steep staircases not to mention steep blocks of land. All members of the team worked tirelessly. I think that they only had one break of maybe 5 minutes to have a drink!

All of my furniture and other goods were handled with care and no loss or damage was suffered due to the efforts of your team.

I was very impressed by every aspect of your service. In the whole process of buying and selling houses, the removal process undertaken by you and your team was definitely the easiest part, causing me no stress whatsoever.

You have my gratitude and sincere thanks. I am telling anyone that I know is moving about your service. Please feel free to use my feedback to inform any other potential customers you might come across.

Also, I’ve almost finished unpacking and the cartons should be available for pick up sometime next week. I also have a couple of bags of paper crush that might assist a future customer.
